Dogs or Cats?

Dogs or cats? Simple! Dogs!! Plus I’m allergic to cats. I will say cats do have a few plus’, like catching mice… damn that’s all I got. So one plus lol. I don’t have to clean a litter box!! Yuck!! Which activities make you lose track of time? I almost always lose track of time when I’m knitting or reading. I find those activities the most relaxing and never get anything else done. I think I should make tomorrow a knitting day lol Have a fantastic evening!

Auction Day!!

The last Friday of every month is my favorite day! It’s the Amish Animal auction in Yoder, Kansas. It’s a 2 hour drive from home but completely worth it. We love being able to get away from the homestead for a day and being around other chicken people. We’ve made some really good acquaintances. WeContinue reading “Auction Day!!”

We made a 7-hour trip to Missouri last weekend to celebrate our youngest grandson’s 1st birthday. My daughter and middle grandson went withContinue reading “12 Hours of Hell…”
