As we’ve started the new year, I am hopeful for 2025! This last week we purchased a 40’ shipping container. My husband had been busy getting everything ready for it this last week. Then it was delivered on Thursday. We worked on getting it leveled yesterday and framing out the floor. I’m so excited! We are finishing out the inside for storage and a big portion for a she shed. I’ll have a place to escape.
I love being able to escape into crafting and writing. The last year was so busy that I hadn’t really been able to quilt or do anything I love to do much.
The shipping container will be heavily insulated with heat and air. No matter the time of year I’ll be able to go out there with my hubby and 2 dogs and be comfortable. No looking at anything in our home that should be done. Taking time to reconnect with myself and my husband again.
I don’t know about you but somewhere along the lines I’ve lost myself in this last year. I can’t wait to find that happy, go lucky girl again. I think the she shed is exactly what the doctor ordered.
I’m going to try and keep a record of all our progress. 2025 will be a positive, uplifting year and we will achieve so much this year!
