Life’s circus

This last year I’ve been absent. Life decided to punch us repeatedly in the gut.

In January, we found out my brother in law had no more options for his cancer. On April 1st, we lost him. He lived in the PNW and we had to plan a memorial for all our family and friends here in Kansas and many other states. After 3 months of planning we finally had his memorial on a beautiful June day.

At the beginning of June I started having some health issues, after being in a rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogrens flare for 2 straight months. This last summer was difficult to say the least.

Fast forward to the beginning of September, I had a job interview and it went great. I was offered the position. 2 days after that interview we lost my father in law. 3 stressful weeks of planning a memorial, it with off without a hitch. It was a beautiful service.

Now that we all know I’m a little crazy, I decided to add to our family. My hubby got me a new puppy! Kahless the Great Dane warrior. He’s a handful for sure! I feel like I am taking care of an infant most days.

When life throws you obstacles, you just push through or bury your head in the mud. This last year we’ve pushed and pushed so much. I’m hoping for 2025 to be kind to us and to y’all!

Have a fantastic year! Happy 2025!

Kahless 🥰
