What TV shows did you watch as a kid?

Like most kids of the 80’s, we had antenna tv. I grew up with a single mom and we didn’t have much but we had everything we needed. Watching tv with my mom is one of my favorite childhood memories. It’s where we got to spend time together and relax. She worked so much that she wasn’t home often.

Saturday morning were my favorite, she didn’t usually have to work that day. Our favorite show was Fraggle Rock! We still talked about that show till the day she passed. It’s crazy to think back on those Saturday mornings, cuddled up under the blanket, laughing, and eating cereal.

I miss that woman and all the laughs we had. She wasn’t just my mom, she was my best friend. It’s those little moments I look back on and it always brings a smile to my face.
