What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Right now with so much stress and anxiety, I’m not coping well. I just live on caffeine and profanity. LOL Caffeine keeps me going all day, oh and my fondness for sweets.
It’s a far cry from where I was a year ago, my husband and I were vegetarians and watched what we ate closely. Lately we haven’t done so well but we will get back on track very soon.
I know I felt better when I watched what I ate and had less stress. I miss those days!
